Wing Fling Pigeon King

This prototype was created in 2 days during the 7-day VR jam from 2023. The theme was "Special Delivery".

I tried to incorporate this theme by using Pigeons as "Messenger Pigeons" that are getting delivered to the boats as a message or "letter".

At the beginning the scene fades in and the player is greeted by a short tutorial that advances as the player reads it.

The goal of the game is to shoot pigeons into the waterholes of nearby fisher boats to get their attention in order to get rescued from the player's little island. 

As the player hits the targets, the boats turn towards the player. The player makes a slingshot with their thumb and index finger and makes a fist and looks at their wrist to show the menu knob. The player can pull on the knob to open the menu.
